If you have been offered fully comprehensive removals insurance through your removalists, please be sure to acquire a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement. Many moving companies offer insurance on a limited basis for fire, flood, collision and overturning only and some removals companies offer fully comprehensive insurance, which then puts them in the situation of "conflict of interest" as they are the ones moving your goods and insuring against damage which occurs whilst goods are in there possession.
